Domestic Returns + Exchanges Policy
Physical Products:
Items purchased online domestically that have not been worn may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase date with the exception of sales items and custom orders which are final. All original tags must be attached. All return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We will not be responsible for items returned to us without prior notice and/or shipping methods without the ability to track packages. Please message with any concerns you may have and we'll work with you to resolve them.

-> We will charge a $5 re-stocking fee for Domestic and International Returns to cover wrapping, paper, package, etc.

Digital downloads:  Due to the nature of these items, no returns or exchanges are accepted after purchase.

We do not accept Returns for SALE items

International Returns + Exchanges Policy
Items purchased online internationally that have not been worn may be exchanged with the exception of sales items and custom orders which are final. Just Kiddies must be notified within 14 days of the delivery in order to be approved for a return and all original tags must be attached. All shipping costs are paid by the customer. International customers are responsible for the full shipping costs of exchanged goods and a shipping invoice issued by Just Kiddies for freight from the store back to the customer must be paid prior to sending a package back for an exchange.
